My winter go-to nail colours

Hello beauties!

As you know, it's almost winter and in winter we want our nails to look super nice, because of parties, family dinners and so on. So I want to share with you my list of most used nail colours in winter.

In winter (and autumn too) I like to go with a bit darker colours, not with black or something, and with colours, that make me feel cosy (seriously though).

Red

Red always reminds me of Christmas, so I have a variety of reds and all of them are a little darker than a regular, bright red. I don't like to use a nail polish with glitter just because, it is so hard for me to clean them off, so it's more simple not to use them. But I agree, they are pretty.

Purple

Almost a month ago, I found this gorgeous purple colour when I was shopping and I immediately fell in love with it. Not to mention, purple is my favourite colour, and it's also from Ciaté. I've always wanted a Ciaté nail polish, but I've never found a right colour for me. And I love the bow on the front side :)

Blue

Sometimes I'll go with a darkish blue, well it's not that dark, but it's not bright aswell.

Green

Green reminds me of Christmas trees and mistletoe. Sometimes I would spice it up with a glittery nail polish.

Light Gray

I like light gray because of it's cosy look and I think it look nice in winter time.

Starting a blog

Hello lovely people of the world!

I've always wanted to start a blog, but I never came up with a good name and topic to blog about. So, the other day I was really bored and it got me thinking I should finally start blogging. Since I like beauty and fashion, this blog will be mostly about it. Then followed the struggle with creating a fun-sounding name. I'm usually not very creative with nicknames, but this time I came up with it quite fast. That's how Polished With Glitter was born. :)

Due to school work and other activities I won't be posting daily, but I'll try to do it as often as I can.

Hope you enjoy it!
